Trump’s Ethics Chief Who Resigned Just Taught Kids A Lesson About Sean Spicer And Lying

This week, President Trump’s former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer went on Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about his future and explain away his recent past. The result was a humiliating episode in which he admitted to trying to deceive the American people because he was only following orders. (Video below.)

Among the many recoiling in disgust at the complete lack of moral responsibility and duty to country was Walter Shaub, the former director of the Office of Government Ethics who resigned early this summer in protest of the Trump regime’s rampant corruption. Shaub responded with a lesson not just for a Spicer but for all of us (below.).

To Shaub, it’s clear that Spicer and his colleagues were never given the moral foundation that would guide them to better decisions in moral quandaries such as when a boss asks an employee to lie.

Shaub’s response speaks for itself and is an important lesson in integrity for our nation’s children, parents, and teachers. Perhaps most of all, it is a lesson that this White House needs to — and almost certainly won’t — take to heart.

Add your name to millions demanding that Congress take action on the President’s crimes. IMPEACH DONALD TRUMP!
